6 in-depth gatherings among women leaders
The gatherings bring together leaders who might never otherwise meet, and from them grow the connections and the foundation for collaboration.
An invitation to 36 women leaders to become founding partners in building the financial foundation for the community's work. The founding partners will help shape the path, receive updates from the field, and share in the vision.
This is an opportunity to join the founding circle that allows work already happening to reach much further.

The Leadership Community for Jewish Unity today numbers more than 200 leaders from many different worlds: media professionals, rabbaniot, social media influencers, CEOs and more. Within the community, all work together to strengthen shared values, among them respect and listening, mutual responsibility, and Jewish unity.
The community has grown from a first gathering of some 30 leaders to more than 200 leaders today.

Our gatherings have been held at ANU – Museum of the Jewish People, the Knesset, the Israel Museum in Jerusalem, the home of Rabbanit Rachel Bazak, the home of Pamela Kleiman overlooking the Western Wall, and Midreshet Maayanotayich in Kfar Chabad.
We talk and we listen, we get to know each other's worlds, we connect and build trust. From that trust grows the ability to act together for shared values.
We initiated and led online conferences of strength and unity that reached tens of thousands of women, and created and shared uplifting content, media activity and public messages, including the "Words of Light" and "Thank You" campaigns.
As part of the Choosing Unity campaign, we brought to the Knesset a call for respectful public discourse and shared responsibility. A major conference was held in the Knesset plenum, and thousands of unity pins were handed out as part of the effort.
The community gives a platform, exposure, connections and added strength to organizations and initiatives already working on the ground to strengthen unity, resilience and mutual responsibility.
The community gives a platform to the movement and the unity charter it promotes, connects its work with the community's leaders, and helps spread the message and a public language of unity.
The community helps with exposure, connections and mobilizing women to act. The effort has helped recruit nearly 200 volunteers and is widening the circles of resilience and mutual responsibility on the ground.

Establishing unity centers in local authorities that connect local leaders, initiatives and communities, and become hubs of action and impact.
